The general conditions are the only ones to be applicable and replace all other conditions, except prior express and written agreement. The BRA.COM APARTMENTS OPORTO, LDA reserves the right to freely modify this pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice, Therefore, these must be consulted each time you visit the website. Payment Method

Prior bank transfer, 15 days before the check-in date (requires sending proof of payment to geral@bra-apartments-oporto.com).

After making payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

Pricing

The apartments shown are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Please note that prices are “from” and that they may vary according to the time of year and are subject to change without notice. However, the BRA.COM APARTMENTS OPORTO, LDA undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated when placing the purchase order.

Prices are shown in euros and include the respective fees and taxes (VAT). The prices indicated are exclusive for booking through this website.

In the event of the occurrence of a computer, manual, technical, typographical error, or of any other origin, which causes a substantial change not foreseen by the BRA.COM APARTMENTS OPORTO, LDA in the sale price to the public, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled.

Any change to the reservation regarding the number of people may imply a change in the type of accommodation reserved and the payment of the supplement associated with the change in reservation, such change being subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellations and Returns

Reservations may be canceled up to 15 days before the arrival date, with no penalty being charged.

If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, only 20% of the amount already paid will be refunded. The refund will be made within a maximum of 10 business days after cancellation.

Any and all reservations may be canceled in the following situations:
– Customer data is insufficient or false;
– failure to pay for the reservation within the stipulated period will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Check-out time until 11:00 am

No animals are allowed.

Parties are not allowed.

Non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. This rule is subject to current legislation.
